Brilor Staff
Brilor has a staff complement of 17 employees. This comprises of a team of sales people who can provide excellent technical and product specific advise and solutions, as well as our competent Workshop & Repair Facility foreman, assistants, and various other support staff.
Brilor understands the importance of training, incentives and the right working environment. Our people are proud of their work and this is evident in our personnel's attitude when dealing with customers inside and outside the company. Emphasis is placed on product knowledge and solutions and all technical sales representatives are sent for product specific training.

Even before placing an order , the customer can count on the assistance of Brilor technical and sales personnel, who will help them study specifications, supply drawings and provide technical solutions for their specific applications. Technical and maintenance training designed to increase understanding of equipment is provided in house or on site. We offer a 24hr - 365 day service and are always just a phone call away.
Community Development & Corporate Responsibility
As an active member of the social & business communities Brilor realizes that as a company we have certain responsibilities when it comes to uplifting our fellow citizens and those in need. In the recent years Brilor has lost a total of 5 employees to HIV/ AIDS. Therefore we have made it our mission and goal to assist and educate people who have or are affected by HIV AIDS.
Since inception Brilor have been actively involved in in social development projects, sponsorships and donating towards the care of impoverished people, especially those who are affected by HIV AIDS, as well as abused, neglected and traumatized mothers and children.
Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment
Brilor has recently sold a 30% stake holding to a BEE company (Future-Tech) and have been independently verified by Emex Trust and is deemed to be a QSE (Qualifying Small Enterprise) and, Level 5 Contributor (80%).
